Peter – Empirical results and campfire discussions about adventure motorcycling

Motorcycling traveling has actually been a long time addiction for me, almost a disease. In the beginning, I was able to satisfy the urge with a trip through the Alps, but soon I was surrounded by friends, all like-minded idiots with 3 rebuild projects in the garage like me, with whom I would go camping in winter just for the fun of it.

After many adventures in Europe, we could not stand the hunger for adventure any longer. To relieve friends and family from our endless talks about trips on two wheels, we started our blog: the MotorAvonturist. On the blog we inspire others to undertake similar explorations, focusing on low budget, ’how to’ and stories about bizarre adventures.

During my presentation, I will include you in a short version of our endless campfire discussions. Hardly ever is there only one unambiguous conclusion on how to handle a motorcycle adventure. Everyone does it in his own way. All of us are undergoing a learning curve and it’s extremely interesting to learn about someone else's.
