Register now for Discover Overland 2021! By registering early, you will be helping us to prepare the event more efficiently. That way, we can offer you an amazing experience!

Due to the circumstances we have had to limit the event to a single day. All presentations, workshops and panel discussions will therefore be organised on Saturday September 18th. If you don’t want to miss anything you can make use of the camping facilities next to the meeting.

• Fill out 1 registration form per person.
• Choose a +-pass if you plan on staying at the camp site and a premium pass if you would like the catering
• Indicate your preferences at the bottom of the registration form.

After registering you will receive an e-mail confirmation with an overview of all the details from your registration. Also check your spam folder if you do not find the e-mail immediately.

Your registration will only be completed after we have received your payment.

Payment can be done through a bank transfer (bank details are listed on the payments page and in the confirmation e-mail).

Disclaimer: Given the current circumstances, with rules and regulations changing on a weekly basis, it is difficult to commit to a fixed planning or to make promises.
As the organisation, we will nevertheless endeavour to provide you with a fun event. Even if we were to be forced to make adjustments to the programming, or the duration of the meeting. Our promise to you is that you’ll be entitled to a refund if we have to cancel or shorten the event. So you can register with ease of mind.

In order to provide a safe and smooth experience we require all visitors to present valid vaccination or recovery certificate or negative test results and proof of identity. More information on the corona measures at Discover Overland 2021 can be found here.
